Green Juice Refresh
Nothing is better than a fresh green juice after a 4 mile run with my hubby. I thought I was going to die for most of it but I made it and I feel great. Running with a buddy is so great for motivation!

a few collard greens
2-3 bok choy leaves
2 green apples
tsp of spirulina
Insert all but spirulina into juicer. Add the spirulina powder to the juice and shake it well to dissolve the powder.
Experiment with your greens until you find a good balance. Rule of thumb for juices is 1 piece of fruit for every 3 veggies.
